Woolly Mammoth Unveiling

The Woolly Mammoth unveiling took place at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi in 2018, with LEVEL delivering the technical production.

An unveiling inside a working shopping centre is a build with an audience walking through it. Load-in ran to the mall's access hours, and rigging and staging were engineered to the building's structure and to public safety around a busy retail floor. Lighting was designed around the reveal — a state that held the object concealed, and a cue that presented it cleanly the moment it was uncovered. Audio covered the presented programme across an open, acoustically live space.
