Why there is no price list
An audiovisual production is not a product with a shelf price. The same artist, the same audience and the same show length can differ by a wide margin between a hotel ballroom with a fixed rig and an open site where every truss, generator and cable run arrives on a truck.
Publishing a rate card would mean quoting for a room we have not seen. We would rather ask five questions and give you a number you can budget against.
What sets the number
Venue and access
Rigging points, load-in route, available power and how much of the day we get to build in. A venue with no house rig and a single goods lift is a different job from a purpose-built arena.
Scale and areas
One stage or six. A festival site with separate performance and activity zones needs its own audio, lighting and control for each — it is a site build rather than a venue build.
Schedule
Build days, rehearsal and technical days, show days and derig. Equipment and crew are committed for the whole period, not only while an audience is in the room.
Crew
Technicians, riggers, operators and the shift pattern they work. A cued show with rehearsals carries a different crew profile from a conference running to a script.
Where the kit comes from
Most of what we quote comes from our own stock. Where a production calls for something specific we cross-hire it, and we say so in the quote rather than folding it into a total.
Redundancy
Backup consoles, spare fixtures and standby power for the parts of the show that cannot fail. How much is proportionate depends on the event — we scope it with you rather than assuming.

Whatever you have — a date and a venue is enough to start. A run sheet or floor plan is better.
We scope it
We come back with questions, and where it matters we visit the venue before quoting rather than after.
Fixed quote
An itemised quote covering equipment, crew and schedule, with anything cross-hired shown as its own line.
