Meydan Cooperate Event

LEVEL delivered the technical production for a corporate event at the Meydan Hotel in Dubai in 2018.

Working inside a hotel means building to the property's constraints: rigging points and load limits are the building's, access runs through service routes, and the build has to fit a window that does not disturb other guests. LEVEL supplied the audio system and microphone provision for the presented programme, screens for content, a lighting rig designed to present the stage and dress the room, and the staging and rigging to carry it.

Our crew delivered the build within the available window, ran the event, and cleared the room to the hotel's schedule.
