LEVEL delivered the technical production for Steve Aoki's 2018 Dubai show.
A headline DJ set is an exercise in energy management, and the specification followed that: a loudspeaker system with the low-end authority and even floor coverage the format demands, and a lighting rig built around movement, strobe and colour that could be driven live against the music rather than run as a fixed sequence. Rigging was engineered to carry the lighting and effects loads, with staging configured to put the performer in a commanding position over the floor.
Our crew handled the build, ran the performance, and completed the derig after the show.
