XM Arabia Gala Dinner

The XM Arabia Gala Dinner was produced in Dubai in 2024, with LEVEL delivering the audiovisual, lighting and staging.

A gala dinner is a room to be dressed as much as a stage to be lit. Lighting was designed across the whole space — table washes and room colour alongside the stage rig — so the environment held together from the moment guests arrived rather than only during the formal programme. The audio system was specified to carry speeches clearly over a seated dining audience, with music playback at levels that allowed conversation between segments.

LEVEL supplied the staging, rigging and distribution, and crewed the evening from load-in through to derig.
